My first Christmas gift of the season

I was so happy that I was able to finish creating and gift my first gift of the 2015 holiday season on Nov 30th.
You see it was very important that this gift get done by Nov 30th as it was an advent calendar that I was creating.
I wanted to do up this tasty gift for my beautiful cousin, Heather as I knew she would enjoy having this the all season long.

First I started with my Steeped Tea stash.
I am a tea drinker through and through.  No coffee for THIS GAL.
When I found this CANADIAN tea company I was just thrilled and although I may have thought I was drinking delightful teas before there is NO COMPARISON now that I have been spoiled with Steeped Tea.

Secondly I found a cute box at the dollarstore and included a Steeped Tea catalogue as well so she could see all the ingredients of each tea.

I used the, now retired, Stampin' Up! pillow box die for the Big Shot and made 24 boxes out of real read and garden green.

I stamped them in the same colours with the bells from Cozy Christmas stamp set and the small tree from Peaceful Pines.  I numbered them with the archival black and the Larger than Life numbers.

Then I chose 24 different teas (black, rooibos, green, oolong, herbal, fruit, etc) and put enough for one cup of tea in each little bag for each day.  I printed out labels for the bag with the name of the tea and the type.

Two layers of pillow box teas with glittery tissue paper and a printed copy of the steeping times for each type of tea.

All boxed up and ready to GIFT!!
I think she liked it too....she already told me she is enjoying her "cup a day!"

Merry Christmas to all my stampin' friends.
May you all enjoy a very merry holiday season full of love, laughter and good times with the ones that you hold dear to your heart.
